Jack’s Turn for the Jennie Shirt

Somehow I’ve hung onto a childhood shirt that dates back to the early 80s when we lived in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It’s from the University of Southern Mississippi and it clearly has my name ironed on the back. In March 2008, I pulled it out of who-knows-where and gave it to Jeremy to wear. He was four and a half years old, so that means Jackson was nearing two. (I cannot even begin to tell you how much I miss Jackson’s hair long and blonde like it used to be. The poor child was blessed with 25 cowlicks along his hairline, so we keep it tame by buzzing it.)
