Do I post too many photos? Sometimes I think it’s a little ridiculous that a) I document everything and b) share mostly everything here. But then I look back at previous years and feel glad that I was so diligent to take pictures of that insignificant Saturday (like this one, which is a snapshot from our old life in Amarillo). The pictures may not be meaningful to anyone but me, and I suppose that a good enough reason.
Anyway, here are a few pictures of Jackson’s favorite animals at the zoo.
Look at that precious face… A monkey, he is.
And then I capture a photo like this (he was reading a book in the education room) and I think – this is a foreshadowing of what he’ll look like as a grown man. Oh Jack, not too fast please.
You can see the shadows of peach fuzz! He is a handsome lad, do you have your dating rules established yet?
I am VERY worried about dating! Fortunately, both boys are still uninterested (to my knowledge) in girls.
This is the age of media. Please love pictures almost more than they love words. They say a picture is worth a thousand, why not use them? Personally, I like both reading and pictures, but the pictures are always great to see. I would rather see more pictures than not see any at all.
Okay, that should have said, “People love pictures…” Sheesh… Sorry!
Yes, I agree. A good picture can communicate a clearer message than a paragraph of words!
