Super easy, super delicious.
Grab a bag of whole carrots. Wash them and cut off their crusty ends.
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. (I don’t have specific measurements for the seasonings, but you know what you like taste-wise.) Spread out on parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and roast for 30 minutes. I like my carrots a little crispy on the ends.
